Remove access to your portal

If you granted another patient access to your Patient Portal data, you can also revoke their access at any time. This removes their ability to view your health data and records in your Halaxy Patient Portal.

Revoke user access to your portal

  1. Click Account > Access.

  2. Under the Patients Accessing You section, next to the account you want to remove, click the Icon-Bin.svg bin icon.

  3. In the pop-up, click Delete to confirm.

The user is no longer able to view your health data or any part of your Halaxy Patient Portal.
