You can quickly send documents, letters, or files to referrers or professional contacts and organisations anytime – all within Halaxy.
Tip
Looking to send a patient’s health record? You can share clinical notes directly from a patient’s Clinical Notes page.

Click Contacts > Organisations.

From the list, click the organisation name to open its profile.

In the profile, click the organisation email address displayed as a blue hyperlink. (Note: If an organisation has contacts stored, you can click the contact’s email address to email that specific contact.)

In the pop-up, complete the email form as needed.

Click Send.
Every email you send to contacts and organisations via Halaxy is saved in the message history of their profile. This is a great way to keep a record of files, clinical notes, invoices, or any other files sent to a particular contact.
To view message history:

Open the contact or organisation profile.

Click the
envelope icon to open the message history.

In the pop-up, your message history appears.

Search and refine: At the top, use the search and filter options to refine the displayed results.

Print your email history: Click the
printer icon to print your email history with the contact or organisation.

Print an individual email: On an individual email click the plus icon to expand it, then click the
printer icon in it to print this specific email only.
Note
Only your sent emails are stored in the message history because Halaxy does not have access to your email inbox.
