Import your practice data to Halaxy

Thinking of moving your practice to Halaxy? We can help you migrate your data so you can get your practice up and running right away.

Overview

To kickstart your data migration, all you need to do is:

  1. Export your data from your current practice management software. If you need assistance, contact your provider’s service team.

  2. Upload your data files to Halaxy. See instructions below.

Your file upload notifies Halaxy of your data import, and our service team will get in touch with you to coordinate your migration, requirements and costs involved.

Upload your practice files

  1. On the sidebar, click Settings > General.

  2. Under the Data Import section, click Import your data now.

  3. In the pop-up, click Upload Files then select the files you want to import. Alternatively, you can drag and drop your files to the pop-up.

  4. Click Save.

Note

Data import accepts the following file types: .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .zip.

Additional actions

Every data file you import is listed in the Data Import section. You can take the following actions with your files:

  • Download: You can save any file you import by clicking the Icon-Download.svg download icon.

  • Delete: You can delete any file you import by clicking the Icon-Bin.svg delete icon.
