When you are listed in the Halaxy directory, you can choose which contact information you want to show on your profile for each practice location.
Your contact details are set at your location. To edit what you want to show, follow the steps below.
See this table below for the contact details you can show on your profile and where to set them.

Phone (mobile) |
Show or hide the mobile number set for your name under this location’s practice information. Where to set: In the Locations page, next to the relevant location, click Edit, then enter in the Phone Numbers section. |
Phone (other) |
Show or hide the work, landline or fax number set for your name under this location’s practice information. Where to set: In the Locations page, next to the relevant location, click Edit, then enter in the Phone Numbers section. |
Street address |
Show or hide the street address of this practice location. If visible, the address is shown on a map on your profile. If hidden, only the suburb is shown in the directory. Where to set: In the Locations page, next to the relevant location, click Edit, then enter your address details in the Address section. |
Email address |
Show or hide the contact email address on your profile page. Where to set: Click Personal > Profile. In the top right, click Edit, then edit your contact email. |
Fees |
Show or hide the fees (or services) or appointment types you provide as a practitioner that are available for patients to book. Where to set:
Note: Active appointment types with fees linked to them will always be shown, even if the linked fee is set to hidden, but the price will not be shown. |
Practice hours |
Show or hide your practice hours set for this location. If you have online bookings enabled, patients can determine your availability through the available timeslots. If you prefer not to show your specific hours, you can set Appointment Selection to Request-based in your online booking preferences. Where to set: See our article on setting your location practice hours. |
Contact Button |
Show or hide a contact button for patients to send you an email without displaying your email address. It’s recommended to show this if your email address is hidden. |
