Integrate online bookings in your website

Turn your website into a seamless booking hub with Halaxy's online booking integration. Whether you want to embed your full booking page or add a simple button, Halaxy provides HTML embed codes and URLs to seamlessly connect patients to your practice.

You can link to a specific practitioner, your practice listing, or even a specific service - giving you full control over how patients book with you.

If you are not familiar with HTML code, you may need to ask your website developer about this process.

Embed online bookings page in your website

Display your Halaxy online bookings page into your website by copying and pasting the provided embed code.

  1. Click Personal > Profile.

  2. Click Directory Profile Preferences.

  3. Under the Embed tab, you have the following options:

    • Embed code for practitioner booking page at Location Name: Displays your practitioner online booking page for this specific location directly in your website, allowing your website visitors to make bookings.

    • Embed code for Location Name booking page: Displays the online booking page for this location directly in your website, allowing your website visitors to book with any of this location's practitioners who have enabled online bookings.

  4. Copy the code and paste it in the body of your website source code.

After pasting the embed code and save your website changes, your online booking page displays in your website.

Add a booking button to your website

Display a button that links patients to your Halaxy online bookings page.

  1. Click Personal > Profile.

  2. Click Directory Profile Preferences.

  3. Under the Embed tab, you have the following button options:

    • HTML button for practitioner profile: A button you can display on your website that takes your website visitors to your practitioner profile on the Halaxy directory.

    • HTML button for practitioner booking page at Location Name: A button you can display on your website that takes website visitors to your practitioner online booking page at this specific location on the Halaxy directory.

  4. Copy the code and paste it in the body of your website source code.

After pasting the embed code and save your website changes, your booking button displays in your website. When clicked, the button opens your online booking page.

Note

The default booking button is a Halaxy logo. You can use HTML code to change the appearance of your button.

Get direct links for directory and online booking pages

Generate unique URLs that take patients straight to the right page - whether it's your practitioner profile, a specific location, or even a particular service. This gives you flexibility on how you share and promote your online bookings.

  • Practitioner profile

    Get the link to your practitioner profile on the Halaxy directory.

    1. Click Personal > Profile.

    2. Click Directory Profile Preferences.

    3. Under the Embed tab, copy the URL of practitioner profile.

    You can provide this link to your patients, which takes them to your practitioner profile.

  • Location profile

    Get the link to your practice location's profile on the Halaxy directory.

    1. Click Personal > Profile.

    2. Click Directory Profile Preferences.

    3. Under the Embed tab, copy the URL of Location Name profile. (Note: If you have multiple locations, each location has its own unique link.)

    You can provide this link to your patients, which takes them to your practice location's profile in the Halaxy directory.

  • Location booking page

    Get the link to your practice location's online bookings page.

    1. Click Personal > Profile.

    2. Click Directory Profile Preferences.

    3. Under the Embed tab, copy the URL of Location Name booking page. (Note: If you have multiple locations, each location has its own unique link.)

    You can provide this link to your patients, which takes them to your practice location's online bookings page.

  • Fee

    Get the link to book a specific fee with a location and/or practitioner.

    1. Click Finances > Fees, then select an existing fee.

    2. Under Fee Details, click Generate Booking Links.

    3. In the pop-up, select the Location and/or Practitioner, then copy the booking link you want.

      • Location: Link to book this service at the location and the patient can select their practitioner.

      • Practitioner & Location: Link to book this service at the location with a specific practitioner.

    You can provide this link to your patients, which takes them to your online bookings page, with the fee already selected.

  • Appointment Type

    Get the link to book a specific appointment type with a location and/or practitioner.

    1. Click Settings > General.

    2. Under the Appointment Settings section, next to Appointment Types List, click View All.

    3. In the list, click on an appointment type to open its settings.

    4. Under the Booking Links section, select the Location and/or Practitioner, then copy the booking link you want.

      • Location: Link to book this service at the location and the patient can select their practitioner.

      • Practitioner & Location: Link to book this service at the location with a specific practitioner.

    You can provide this link to your patients, which takes them to your online bookings page, with the appointment type already selected.
