What does this Xero message mean? "TokenExpired"


Occasionally, the link between Xero and Halaxy needs to be re-established. When the link has been lost, data does not transfer across.

To reestablish the link:

  1. In Halaxy, click Settings > Payments.

  2. In the Accounting Section, remove the Xero connection if it is still there by clicking the Revoke (X) button and clicking Revoke to confirm.

  3. Reconnect to Xero by clicking Add New in the Accounting section. Halaxy will remember most of the details from your initial login.

Once this has been done, send an email to community@halaxy.com so that we can resync any rejected transactions for you.
