Data sets go hand in hand with clinical questions. A data set is the set of possible responses to a single choice or multiple choice question - for example, if you create a question relating to frequency, you can create a data set with responses such as "Never", "Sometimes" and "Often" to use as possible answers.
You can reuse data sets for multiple questions, saving you time. For example, a data set with the possible responses being 1 to 10 could be used on any question where you want a score between 1 and 10.
To create a data set:
RESULT: The data set is now ready for use and can be assigned to any single choice or multiple choice questions.
To assign a data set to a question, create any single choice or multiple choice question, then select the data set you would like to use as the possible responses. You can then add the question to clinical tool templates.
