Notification and Inbound Message Settings

Follow

By default, Halaxy sends you in-app notifications and inbound messages at the top of every screen.

You can configure which messages you see in your Notifications and Inbound Messages, as well as whether you receive notifications in-app, via email or via SMS. This allows you to disable notifications you don't want to receive or don't want certain users in your group to receive, or you can configure important notifications to be sent via SMS so you don't miss them.

The Inbound Messages (speech bubble) icon shows you recently received fax messages, secure messages, patient SMS messages and patient responses to two-way SMS reminders.

The Notifications (bell) icon shows you updates about appointments, patient intake forms, invoice payments, tasks you have due, and Halaxy system messages.

Note

SMS notifications cost 1 credit per 160 characters.

Changing the group default notification settings

Practitioners with Full Access and administrators of any access level can customise the default notification settings for their group, as well as individual notification settings for each user in their group. Practitioners with lower access levels can only edit their own notification settings.
