To register with Hyperwallet:
Click Settings > Payments.
In the Deposits section, click the Edit (pencil) icon.
In the pop-up, click Edit User.
Enter your business details and click Save. This will submit your details to Hyperwallet and create a Hyperwallet account.
Return to the Settings > Payments page and click the Edit (pencil) icon again.
In the pop-up, click Edit Deposit Details to specify your bank details for receiving payments.
Follow the prompts and select your country, then select Euro as your currency. For Account Type, select either a bank account or a PayPal account to receive payments into. Depending on your country, you may be asked for your SORT code, BIC/SWIFT code or IBAN number.
Please note that if your selected country and currency do not match the country and currency in your Halaxy Settings > General page, you cannot enter a bank deposit account to receive payments. However, you can still select a PayPal account to receive payments.
For Profile Type, select Individual if you are a sole trader and Business if you are setting up payments for a practice group, then enter your business details.
Click Submit. Your banking preferences have now been set and you can process payments electronically. However, depending on the size of your practice group, payments may not reach your bank account until you have verified your identify with Hyperwallet. You must process at least one payment before continuing to step 10.
After processing your first payment, you need to verify your identity with Hyperwallet. For practice groups with more than one owner, verification is required before any payments can be received. To verify your identity, click the Shield icon in the Deposits section of the Settings > Payments page and complete the form that appears.
RESULT: With your details verified by Hyperwallet, payments processed via Halaxy will reach your nominated bank or PayPal account within 7 business days. For more information, see Electronic Payments Processing.
