Once an expense is created in Halaxy, you can set it to reoccur on a regular basis. This is useful for tracking regular expenses, sch as rent or utilities.
Recurring Expenses are shown as "Recurring" in the Type column of your Expenses List.
To covert an expense to a recurring expense:
Create and save an expense in in your Expenses List (Finances > Expenses).
Once saved, click the expense from your Expenses List.
Click Create as recurring expense in the bottom-right of the page.
A new section will appear on screen to include the parameters for the repeating expense. You can set the details to repeat every day, week, month or year and include an end date.
Enter a starting date for the recurring expense (the first instance of payment).
RESULT: The recurring expense is saved to your Expenses List and shown as "Recurring" in the Type column. The expense is debited according to the schedule you set.
