Halaxy lets you set time zones for:

your practice group (your default time zone)
-
each of your clinic locations
-
(Optional) individual patients
Whenever there is a difference in time zones, this is shown on the Appointment Information panel when you click an appointment in the Calendar:

Your practice group's time zone is your default time zone. This time zone is used to display your calendar, practice hours and appointments throughout all of Halaxy.
Your clinic locations' time zones and your patients' time zones are used only for appointment reminders sent to patients. If the patient's time zone is different to the clinic's time zone, the appointment time will be shown in the patient's time zone instead of the clinic's time zone.
You can quickly see a patient's time zone by hovering over the timestamp in the calendar. You can then hover over the tooltip for each time zone to see which patients belong in that time zone.
Your practice group's time zone is used to display your calendar, your practice hours and your appointments.
To set your practice group's time zone:

Click Settings > General.

In the Group Settings section, click Edit.

In the Time Zone field, select the time zone.

Click Save.
Setting the time zone for a location will affect reminders where the patient's time zone is different to the location's time zone. In such instances, the appointment time will be displayed in the patient's time zone.
To set the time zone for a location:

Click Personal > Locations.

Find the location you wish to change the time zone for and click Edit in the top-right of the location's card.

In the time zone field, select a time zone for the clinic. If this differs from the practice group's time zone, a warning will be displayed.

Click Save.
Setting a patient's time zone will affect reminders where the patient's time zone is different to the location's time zone. In such instances, the appointment time will be displayed in the patient's time zone, with the time zone specifically denoted:
To set a time zone for a patient:

Navigate to the patient's profile.

Click Edit in the top-right.

In the Time Zone section, select a time zone.

Click Save.
When patients make an online booking, they will be able to choose a time zone to display appointment times in. If the time zone they select is different to the location's time zone, the appointment reminder and booking confirmation will show the time zone they selected alongside the clinic's time zone. This applies only to this individual online booking and does not affect future appointments or the patient's time zone in their patient profile.
