If you use telehealth (Halaxy Telehealth, Coviu or external telehealth apps) often for your appointments, you can set this as the default appointment location type for your practice hours.

This time-saving feature eliminates the repetitive task of manually changing the appointment location, and it also ensures that the appropriate reminder templates will also be used.

Change default appointment location to telehealth

1. Click Personal > Locations.

2. For the location where you want to edit your schedule, under your name, click the pencil icon.

   

3. In the pop-up, for Default Appointment Location, select Halaxy Telehealth or Online consultation (for Coviu or external telehealth apps).

4. Click Save.

Whenever you create an appointment within these hours at this practice location, the appointment location will automatically sets to your selected option. You can still manually change the location for any individual appointment as needed.
