Disable online booking payments for specific fees

If you have set your online booking preferences to require advance payment or deposit, you can disable this setting for specific fees. This way, patients can book those fees without entering payment information.

Note

If your online booking payment setting requires card capture, patients will still need to enter card information (but won't be charged yet) when booking this fee.

Remove booking payment for specific fees

  1. Click Finances > Fees.

  2. Click the fee you want to edit.

  3. Under the Fee Details section, for Online booking payment, select Disabled.

  4. Click Save Fee.

When a patient makes an online booking for this fee, they are not required to make a full payment or deposit, even if they are required for other fees.
