When you sign up to Halaxy, you'll be able to use our core software straightaway. However, there are certain features that you will be unable to access until you get your account verified.
Being verified means that you can:

enable your online directory listing

take online bookings
-
process payments electronically via Halaxy

purchase Halaxy credits, which are used to pay for optional add-ons that turbocharge your practice, including SMS reminders, two-way calendar syncing, secure messaging, custom SMS names and dedicated SMS numbers.
Adding your qualifications to your profile will speed up the verification process, allowing you to make the most of Halaxy more easily.
In order to verify your account, all you need to do is:

If you are a member of a registered body, add your registration number and registration body to your profile.

If you are not a member of a registered body, send through the following to community@halaxy.com:

the full name of your practice
-
the practice's business registration number
-
your website address
-
contact number
-
a scanned copy of your qualifications/credentials

Your qualifications and professional registrations are used to verify your account and will be displayed on your directory profile once verified.
You can add your qualifications and registrations by following the steps below:

Click Personal > Profile.

Click Edit at the top-right of the page.

In the Qualifications & Credentials section, add your identification(s), professional registration number(s), qualification(s) and your professional description.

If there are other credentials or accreditations you would like to add to your profile, you can add them in the Other Clinical Credentials & Preferences section.

Click Save Profile.
