You can accomplish this using the Booking Notes feature in your Online Booking Preferences.
Booking notes appear to the patient when they are making an online booking. You may wish to include information such as "Please show up 10 minutes early", "No cash payments" or "Please advise staff if you have been traveling".
To set booking notes:
Click Personal > Locations.
Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to Online Bookings and Profile Preferences. The Edit Practice Booking Preferences screen appears.
In the Booking Notes field, type the message that you would like to display to patients when they make an online booking. You can add images and formatting as required.
RESULT: Your booking notes will appear during the online bookings process when patients make a booking.
