Where can I see emails and SMS / text responses from my patients?

You can view your message history with a patient from their patient profile. The message history displays inbound and outbound SMS messages and outbound emails sent via Halaxy. Inbound emails are not displayed, as Halaxy cannot access your inbox.

Responses to appointment reminders also appear in your Notifications. To view your notifications, click the bell icon at the top of any screen in Halaxy.

You can also view the status of appointment reminders on your calendar by the colour of the time label. To see the specific message content, click the appointment on the calendar, then click the Reminder (bell) icon in the Appointment Information.

Communication Report

You can create a report to see communications with your patients by following the steps below:

  1. Click Reports > Communication.

  2. Click New Report at the top-right of the page.

  3. In the Report Type drop-down menu, select the type of communications you are looking for (Campaigns, Email, SMS or Reminders).

  4. (Optional) Enter any other report parameters you require.

  5. Click Run.

RESULT: The report will display all communications matching your chosen filters. Reports include inbound and outbound SMS messages and outbound email sent via Halaxy. Inbound emails are not included, as Halaxy cannot access your inbox.
