How do I export/download a patient's full record for a backup/subpoena?

  1. From the clinical notes page of a patient's profile, click on any existing clinical note and select Print from the blue drop-down menu in the top-right of the note.

  2. The Print Clinical Note pop-up appears. Select "All patient notes/files".

  3. Click Save.

A message will appear advising you that your download has been queued:

A notification is displayed at the top of the screen indicating the download is queued

Once the record is ready to download, a notification will appear via the bell icon at the top of the page. You will then be able to download the records by clicking the download icon:
