Why can't I see my patient list/why are patients missing on my patient list?


If your list appears shorter than expected, this may mean that your list is restricted by search terms or filters. Your full list will appear when you remove the filters.

Active filters are shown in brackets in column headers. Click the X to the right of the Search Field to clear any search terms, and click on a column heading to edit or remove filter search terms for that column.
