As a patient, how do I add scanned files to my notes?

  1. From the patient portal, click My Health, then go to the Notes page.

  2. Select the Note or Appointment you want to link the file to.

  3. Click Upload a File at the top-right of the page.

  4. Click Select File.

  5. Search for the file and either double-click on it or click it once and then click Open.

  6. Complete the rest of the fields if required.

  7. Click Save.
