How do I change/update patient details?

  1. Click Patients > Patient List.

  2. Find the patient whose details you want to update and click their name to access their profile.

  3. To change their Personal Details, Address etc., click Edit to the right of their name. Click Save when done.

  4. To change Credit Card, Bank Account details etc., click the Funding tab and make the required changes.

  5. To add or change Social History information, click the Social History tab (you will not be able to see the Social History tab unless you enable the Social History Form setting in Settings > General > Patient Portal).

You can also access the patient profile by clicking the patient’s name in blue within their appointment.
