How do I make my mobile phone number visible on my profile?

To make your phone number visible, ensure that you have added your number to the relevant practice location (you can use the same mobile number at each of your locations if you wish) and then set your preferences to make your mobile phone number visible on your directory profile.

To add your phone number to a location:

  1. Click Personal > Locations.

  2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to your practice location details:

  3. In the Phone Number section, click Add New Phone and enter your mobile phone number, as well as the practitioner associated with the number.

  4. Click Done.

You now need to ensure your mobile phone number is visible on your directory profile. To do this:

  1. In the Hours, Profile and Booking Preferences section, click the Expand (+) icon next to the name of the person whose directory profile you are changing.

  2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the practitioner's Online Bookings and Profile Preferences section:

  3. In the Directory Profile section, select Public under "Phone (mobile)":

  4. Click Submit.
