Why are there different colours on the calendar?

Colours can refer to three different things:

  1. Location colour - The background colour of the calendar. This shows your hours at a particular location.

  2. Appointment status - If you have enabled status colours in your calendar preferences, this shows the appointment of a status, which can be modified by a patient's response to a two-way SMS reminder.

  3. Fee colour - This shows the fee used for the appointment. Each fee can be colour coded. By default, appointments made manually in your Calendar are shaded blue, whereas appointments made via online booking are shaded green.

You can use colours to make it easier to view your calendar.

To change a fee colour:

  1. Click Finances > Fees.

  2. Click the fee you want to change.

  3. In the Online Bookings section, either click a colour box or click the Appointment Colour field and select a colour.

  4. Click Save Fee.

To change the location colour:

  1. Click Personal > Locations.

  2. Click Edit on the header bar of location you want to change.

  3. Under Open Hours Colour, either click a colour box or click the Appointment Colour field and select a colour.

  4. Click Save Fee.
