The Identifications page is where you add your specific identifications that funding bodies use to identify you and confirm that the treatment you provide is eligible for coverage by the funding body - examples include provider numbers and identifiers, classifications etc. The Identification page is structured by location, as many health jurisdictions require different identifications for different practice locations.
To add your identification numbers:
Go to the Identifications page by clicking Finances> Fees, then clicking the Identifications tab.
Click Edit at the top right of the page. Funders are listed as rows, with each of your locations shown as a column. Add your identifications and then click Save.
RESULT: Your identifications are now listed on your profile and can be added to your invoices and clinical reports.
Full Access and Clinical Access users can also update other practitioner's identifications by clicking on the Practitioner button and selecting the name of the practitioner they wish to update before clicking on Edit.
