Can I combine appointments on one invoice?

  1. In the Fees & Charges section on the invoice, click the Fee Grouping (two arrows pointing at each other) icon.

  2. Tick the fees to include on the invoice (to select all outstanding fees, click the top checkbox).

  3. Click Submit.

The fee grouping icon only appears if there are paid or unpaid invoices for the same payee (patient or organisation).

Please note that Medicare only allows a maximum of 14 Medicare/DVA services on the one invoice for online claims.
