How do I delete a paid invoice?


To delete a paid invoice, you must first delete all payments on the invoice. This is only possible if the payment has not been processed via Halaxy or with a third-party provider; in that instance, paid invoices cannot be deleted. Please contact if you require further assistance.

To delete a paid invoice:

  1. Click Finances > Invoices.

  2. Find the invoice and click on it.

  3. In the Payments section, click the Delete (trash) icon next to the payment(s).

  4. Select "Delete Payment" and click Submit.

  5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for all payments on the invoice.

  6. Click Delete at the top-right of the screen.

The invoice should be deleted with no record remaining.
