To delete a paid invoice, you must first delete all payments on the invoice. This is only possible if the payment has not been processed via Halaxy or with a third-party provider; in that instance, paid invoices cannot be deleted. To delete a paid invoice:
Click Finances > Invoices.
Find the invoice and click on it.
In the Payments section, click the Delete (trash) icon next to the payment(s).
Select "Delete Payment" and click Submit.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for all payments on the invoice.
Click Delete at the top-right of the screen.
The invoice should be deleted with no record remaining.
