Why isn't the link to the patient intake form clickable in my emails?


If the dynamic term [Online Form Link] is not expanding into a clickable link in your email, you may have clicked to send a regular email instead of an intake form.

From the patient's profile, please ensure you are sending the intake form using the Send Intake Form button (which looks like a newspaper) and not the Send Email button (which looks like an envelope).

In Contact Details of a patient profile, the icon with the text "Send an intake form" is highlighted
