Click on the patient’s Funding page.
In the Claim & Referrals section, hover your mouse over the Limit column. For example, if it says 2/6 appointments attended, you will see the related appointments / invoices.
If the referral details are incorrect, click the Edit (pencil) icon, update the information, and click Submit.
If one of the invoices is incorrect, go to the invoice and in the Claim section, click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the referral.
Here you can switch the referral via the drop-down menu at the top or edit the fields as required.
