Guide to the Halaxy patient portal (for practitioners)

This article is about the patient portal from the practitioner side. For patient support, please see Intro to Halaxy for Patients.

The patient portal is an online hub linked to your Halaxy account where patients can manage appointments, health records, personal details, funding information and account access. If enabled, updates by patients can even instantly reflect in their patient profile in your Halaxy.

By allowing patients to enter their own data and send payments from the patient portal, you save time and receive payments more efficiently.

The Halaxy patient portal is enabled by default, so all you have to do is invite your patients to set up their account.
