How do I update / change the organisation on the patient funding page?

  1. From the patient's General page, select their Funding page.

  2. Locate the claim you want to change and click the Edit (pencil) icon.

  3. In the Paying organisation field, enter the name of the correct organisation.

  4. Enter the correct details in the relevant fields and click Submit.

  5. You can also change the payer settings by clicking on the Payer drop-down menu and choosing how the payer is to be invoiced.
