What does this mean? "not have an active clinic, please assign one and try again". What should I do?


This means that the user needs to be assigned to a location. Follow the steps below:

  1. Click Personal > Locations.

  2. If you have multiple practice locations, expand the location you wish to add the practitioner to by clicking the Expand (+) icon next to the location's name.

  3. Click Add Practitioner at the top-right of the relevant location's form.

  4. Choose the new user from the drop-down menu and click Save.
