Filtering, Sorting and Editing the Task List


All Tasks that will be created in Halaxy can be found in your Tasks list via Schedule > Tasks.

Filtering the Task list

You can filter the task list by Title, Priority, Date, Time, Due Date, Status and Type. In order to filter your task list:

  1. Click Schedule > Tasks.

  2. Click the column header you would like to filter the list by (e.g. Status). A search box will appear.

  3. Type in the search box to filter the list for only results matching what you type (e.g. typing "Completed" in the Status column will show only completed tasks).

Please Note: Filtering the task list will work on any column in the task list and multiple column filters can be applied at once. To view all tasks, make sure you clear all filters.

Sorting the task list

You can sort the the task list by any column in ascending or descending order by clicking the Sort (Untitled.png) icon. Click the Sort (Untitled.png) icon again to change the order and a third time to return to default ordering.

Please Note: Sorting the task list will work on any column in the task list. You can only sort by one column at a time.

Editing the Task List

There are 11 columns displayed in the Tasks list. You can reduce the number of columns displayed by clicking the Choose Columns drop-down at the top-right of the screen. This will give you the option for what columns you would like to show in the Task list.


Exporting and Printing the Task List

Halaxy allows you to export and print your Task list.

Exporting your task list

You can export your task list to Excel by clicking the Export icon (export.png) at the top-right of the screen. This will automatically download the task list into a .csv file.

Printing your task list

In order to print your task list, click the Print icon (print.png) at the top-right of the screen. Once selected, a PDF version of the task list will open in a new tab. You can then print or download this list.
