Your Halaxy account is protected by your username (your email address) and your password known only to you. Although Halaxy features bank-grade security and encryption, password security is essential to protecting your information.

For additional security, you can also enable two-factor authentication (2FA).

Note

Halaxy staff cannot retrieve your password and will never ask you for your password.

Changing your password

To change your password (or, if you have full access, another user's password):

  1. Click Settings > Users.

  2. Click the Change Password (padlock) icon to the right of the user whose password you want to change.
