I haven't received payment yet but the client's credit card has been deducted.


If you have't received payment yet, this probably means your bank details were not recorded in Halaxy when the payment was made. Follow the steps below to check your bank details:

  1. Click Settings > Payments.

  2. In the Auto Payments section, click Add New under Deposits.

  3. To nominate payments for specific clinics or all clinics, select Clinic. To nominate payments for an individual practitioner's account, select Individual. You can select more than one practitioner for this account.

  4. Enter the Bank Account details.

  5. Select whether payments should be Batched or received as Separate transactions.

  6. Scroll down if you want to put your name instead of Halaxy's name as the Payment descriptor or a phone number.

  7. Click Save.
