You can export a single patient's records (such as for backup or subpoena purposes) at any time.
For security reasons, full data export is not enabled by default. If you would like to export all of your data, or specific sections of your data, please email us at email@example.com and one of our Halaxy administrators will enable this for you.
Once this is enabled:
Click Settings > General.
In the Data Export section, click Export Your Data Now.
The Export My Data pop-up appears. Tick the files you would like to export.
The Status displays as Pending. It may take some time for the export to be ready. When the status is Completed, click the Download icon:
A file displays in the bottom-left of your screen. Click on it to open. Alternatively, the ZIP file may open directly in another window, in which case you should double-click on it to open.
You can now open the files as needed.
