Why has my data from Xero not updated?


Occasionally the link between Xero and Halaxy needs to be re-established. When the link has been lost, data does not transfer across.

To re-establish the link:

  1. Under Settings, click Payments.
  2. In the Accounting section, remove the Xero connection, then reconnect to Xero (Halaxy will remember the preferences and settings).
