How do I charge for non-attendance and no-shows / clients who don't attend?

  1. Click the appointment.
  2. Click the Cancel (X) icon in the Appointment Details section.
  3. Select Non-Attendance. This keeps the invoice and fee so that you can charge for a missed appointment to reduce the impact of no-shows in your practice. Appointments marked as Non-Attendance are shown on the calendar and in the Appointments tab of the patient's profile.

You can now process the invoice as normal.
