How do I cancel an appointment that's part of a package?

  1. From the invoice, click the Edit (pencil) icon to the right of the appointment you want to cancel. The Edit Invoice Line pop-up appears.
  2. Under Appointment Details, click on the Cancel (X) icon to unlink the appointment from the invoice.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click the Edit icon again next to the same appointment.
  5. Under "Add appointment", select Unassigned.
  6. Click Save.
