How do I see a list of all the emails I have sent?

To see a list of all the emails you have sent:

  1. Under Reports, click Communication.
  2. Click New Report at the top-right of the page.
  3. In the Report Type drop-down menu, select Email.
  4. Choose any other report filters you desire.
  5. Click Run.

When the report is open, you can see more information about when an email was sent, view a copy of an email etc. by clicking on the magnifying glass.

To export the report in Excel format, click the Export icon in the top-right of the page. To export the report in PDF format, click the Print icon in the top-right of the page. The report can then be downloaded or printed as required.

Any replies to your emails will be sent to your email account.
