How do I increase the fee I charge without affecting old invoices?

  1. Under Finances, click Fees.
  2. Find the fee you need to change in the Search field and click it to open it.
  3. Change the Amount (and Rebate, if applicable).
  4. Click Save Fee.
  5. If there are existing invoices with this fee, the "Which invoices should be changed?" pop-up appears. Select "Update future invoices from now" and click Submit.
