I am trying to send a one-way SMS to a patient but it's not working. Why?


If you have purchased a dedicated phone number (so that the SMS comes from a dedicated number rather than from Halaxy's number), you can only send two-way SMS. This means you can see all patient responses, either in your Notifications (click the bell icon at the top of the screen) or in a communication report.

To generate a communication report that shows your SMS responses:

  1. Under Reports, click Communication.
  2. Click New Report at the top-right of the page.
  3. In the Report Type drop-down menu, select SMS.
  4. Enter any other report parameters you require.
  5. Click Run.
