For NDIS appointments, the paying organisation changes. What do I do?

When the payer changes, you can leave the paying organisation empty and update the field on the invoice or claim details when you have been notified who the payer is.

To check what you have entered as the paying organisation:

  1. Under Finances, click Fees.
  2. Click the Funders tab.
  3. Search for the Funder and click to open it.
  4. If there is anything entered in the paying organisation field, delete it and click Save.

To update the payer on the claim details:

  1. From the appointment, click the Edit (pencil) icon in the Claim details section.
  2. Enter the name of the paying organisation.
  3. Click Save.

 To update the details from the invoice:

  1. In the Bill To section, click the Edit (pencil) icon.
  2. Enter the details and click Save.
