How do I add a new practice location?

  1. Under Personal, Click Locations.
  2. Click Add Location and complete the practice information.

You should also add the new Provider Number for this location:

  1. Under Finances, click Fees.
  2. Click the Identifications tab.
  3. Click Edit at the top-right of the page.
  4. The new Location will be shown in a new column. Add the Provider Number for the relevant Funder under the relevant Location column.
  5. Click Save Identifications at the bottom of the page.
