Customised Patient Profiles

You can customise the information that appears on patient profiles to include any data you choose, including custom fields and clinical questions. For example, you may wish to include a patient's blood type or marital status as part of their profile. This allows you to modify patient profiles to better suit your clinical needs.

The questions you can add to patient profiles are the same used for your clinical tool templates. This allows you to re-use questions on questionnaires as well as on custom patient profiles.
