Sending messages using Medical-Objects costs 3 credits per message on Halaxy and a subscription with Medical-Objects.
Note
You only need one registration for your practice group. If a new practitioner joins your practice, they don't have to register but they may want to get in touch with Medical-Objects to be added into their practitioner directory.

Click Settings > Integrations.

Under the Secure Messaging section, next to Medical-Objects, click Add New.

In the pop-up, click Register to open the Medical-Objects registration page.

In the Medical-Objects website, under your profession type, click Sending and Receiving.

Follow the steps in the Medical-Objects website and submit your registration and purchase your subscription.
When your registration is approved, your integration on Halaxy is automatically activated for you. Please allow up to 3 days for approval.
When your account status changes to Active, you can now send and receive secure messages via Medical-Objects.
