With Halaxy's Sonic Labs integration, adding an imported order result to a patient's clinical note is quick and effortless. When results are securely imported, you can link them directly to a patient profile and attach them to their notes with just a few clicks.

This ensures all critical information is organised in one place, improving accuracy and enhancing patient care.

Link an order result to a patient and practitioner

1. Click Contacts > Order Results.

2. In the list, click the order result to open it.

   • If a patient and/or practitioner are not yet linked to the result, go to Step 3.

   • If a patient and/or practitioner are already linked to the result, go to Step 4.

3. Under Message Status, click Edit to set the Patient and Practitioner, then click Save. (Caution: This action is irreversible. Make sure you are linking to the correct records.)

   

4. In the top right, click Add as Patient Note.

   

You have successfully added the order result to the patient's clinical notes.
