Customise font style preferences

Style preferences control the appearance of text in your clinical note and template editors. With options to customise font size and colours, your documents can reflect your brand to your specifications even when shared and printed.

Edit your text appearance settings

  1. Click Settings > General.

  2. Under the Template Settings section, click Style preferences.

  3. In the pop-up, configure your preferences:

    • Headings: Select the font family, colour and font sizes for your headings.

    • Paragraph: Select the font family, colour, font size and line height for your body text.

  4. Preview your font style selections in the Preview section below.

  5. Click Save.

Your new font style is now applied to all new notes and templates.

All existing notes and templates will remain in your previous style/s.

Tip

Are your font styles not appearing? You may need to update your document service. To update, open a clinical letterhead template and just click Save.
