Clinical Order reports let you track every prescription or pathology/imaging order issued to patients in your practice. This includes:

With all clinical order reports in one place, you can quickly stay on top of patient clinical order histories and other key clinical information.
Important
Only published prescriptions and orders are included in Clinical Order reports. Prescriptions and orders in Draft status do not appear in reports.

Click Reports > Clinical Orders.

Configure the filters on the left panel:

Filter by Patient: Select or search a patient name to show prescriptions issued to that patient. (To view prescriptions for all patients in the practice, set to All Patients.)

Filter by Prescriber: Select or search a practitioner to show prescriptions issued only by that practitioner. (To view prescriptions by all practitioners in the practice, set to All Prescribers.)

Date Range: Select the range for publish dates you want to include in the report. (Maximum of a 12 month period)

Click Generate.

Click Reports > Clinical Orders, then click the Pathology & Imaging tab.

Order Type: Select Pathology or Clinical Imaging.

Filter by Patient: Select or search a patient name to show the orders issued for that patient. (To view orders for all patients in the practice, set to All Patients.)

Filter by Ordering Practitioner: Select or search a practitioner to show orders issued only by that practitioner. (To view orders by all practitioners in the practice, set to All Prescribers.)

Date Range: Select the range for publish dates you want to include in the report. (Maximum of a 12 month period)
